Me han cobrado 23,16 euros de tasas y/o impuestos cuando en la reserva dice que solo tengo que abonar en el establecimiento 7,98 euros de impuesto municipal. Solicito la devolución de la diferencia que he pagado de 15,18 euros mediante un ingreso en la misma tarjeta donde se ha cobrado la reserva. A petición de TripAdvisor.com remitiré la factura que me han entregado. En la reserva pone cama doble y han sido 2 camas individuales de 80 cm. La puerta corredera de cristal del baño no tenía picaporte pero sí el orificio donde debería estar. Complicadisimo cerrar la puerta sin pillarse los dedos.

De luxury solo tiene el nombre. Es cierto que la ubicación es ideal, pero si vas con coche puede resultar incómodo como nuestro caso. Anuncian parking pero es a 5 minutos del hotel a través de una app que hay que descargar y es en la calle. Y en esa misma calle por 12€ al día lo puedes dejar también. La cama nos resultó algo incomoda pero eso es muy personal, demasiado blanda. El desayuno correcto no mucha variedad pero el espacio es pequeño solo 7 mesas y si coincides con gente te toca esperar. Como apunte adicional el ascensor no te deja en la misma planta , hay que subir un tramo de escaleras, puede ser dato importante para personas con movilidad reducida.

We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel but overall, it was a pleasant stay. Nice and helpful staff. Great price for a decent hotel in Split. However, we still had to climb up the staircase after taking the lift which was a bit inconvenient. Location-wise, it is near to the tourist spot with everything in walking distance. It is just a bit far from the bus station given that uber / taxi cannot be stopped near the hotel. There were a lot of staircase / walking required.

Room is nice and cozy. Breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, two lovely ladies in the counter help me a lot!!! My luggage was delayed by the airline and no one could confirm whether I can receive it before checkout. The ladies help me contact the airline and finally I get my luggage at last minute. Really appreciate their help.

Good stay - unfortunately even though there is a lift, you will still need to go up some stairs to access your room, so not super wheelchair friendly. Otherwise good
